Phad Thai Pacita was born in 2016 in the heart of Pacita Complex, San Pedro, Laguna — a small Thai kitchen with a big dream: to bring genuine Thai flavours to Filipino tables without compromise.

Behind every plate is Chef Mommy Ancharee, a Thai chef who carries authentic recipes from Thailand and cooks each dish the traditional way. Her dedication to real ingredients and time-honoured methods sets Phad Thai Pacita apart from ordinary take-out.
